What is a night bra ??
“Night bra” is a word that has not been firmly defined in the first place and has gradually become widespread.
The products made as so-called “bras that can be worn at night” are collectively called “night bras”.

Impressions of actually wearing
To be honest, there are individual differences, so I would like to write the impressions that I actually felt.
It does not incorporate medical grounds or expert opinions, so I hope you read as if it were an individual impression.
It was about five years ago that I knew about a Night Bra.
The reason I knew it was that I was worried that my breasts had got less from the end of the lactation period to the graduation period after giving birth, and I searched online to find out.
At that time, there was nothing for breastfeeding or weaning, but I was attracted to the words such as “care while sleeping” and “improve bust slack” and read the site.
Try things! I thought, I bought it immediately and started wearing it. (At this time, I used everything as an excuse for postpartum care, such as pelvic shorts and compression socks to prevent swelling.)
The night bra was a type like a sports bra.
When I actually put it on, I felt like good tightened, and I didn’t feel any pain.
Then, when I slept with it on, I immediately felt, “My chest doesn’t flow!” Next, when I slept sideways, I felt that my chest wasn’t twisted and I felt much better. (The joy of sleeping without worrying about my chest made me feel better)
One unfortunate thing was that it wasn’t made as a breastfeeding bra, so it was difficult to sleep and breastfeed. During the breastfeeding period, I had no choice but to use a conventional breastfeeding bra in consideration of daily breastfeed efficiency.
After graduating breastfeed, I wear a night bra every day and go to bed. I think that there are individual differences, but I am glad that the night bra existed. Some don’t want to wear anything or don’t like tightening when sleep.
